Paxton Debuts New Rewards Program for Installers
Paxton has launched its new customer loyalty program – Paxton Rewards. This is the company’s first-ever opportunity for U.S.-based installers to earn rewards by participating in training, installing Paxton solutions and completing activities or achievements.
“Three years ago, we launched the Paxton Installer app and, so far, it’s been downloaded by over 25,000 users,” says Gareth O’Hara, Paxton’s chief sales officer. “This essentially delivered the first phase development of the program in validating that the app was deemed useful. We now have the right platform to deliver what will be seen as a simple-to-use, loyalty program that matches our customers’ expectations.”
The Paxton Rewards program provides installers with a range of benefits and an opportunity to build strong partner relationships with the company. From Paxton Partner to Platinum Partner status, installers will unlock more benefits with every tier, helping them to build and promote their businesses.
Earning points is straightforward: Installers can scan any Paxton products with a silver barcode, attend training, or submit case study suggestions.
“We are huge believers in education and the provision of free training, so when people come to training, they will get points,” says Gareth. “Also, if they do a fantastic installation that they want to promote via a case study, they will get points by submitting it to us. So, the program is not just about purchasing Paxton products, it is also about development through training and education, putting yourself in the shop window with case studies and being a true partner with us.”
Installers can enjoy different benefits with the rewards program, including: Paxton products, partner badges to show their expertise and elevated listings on Paxton’s website. Paxton-branded merchandise and Amazon vouchers are also available for installers to redeem in the Paxton Rewards store.
“For the first time, installers can exchange points for Paxton products,” says Gareth. “This can add value to their customers and create a commercial advantage. We are keen to work closely with our installers and not only reward them with a program for the products they buy, but also help them to develop new business by leveraging the Paxton brand themselves.”
By joining the program, installers also will have a chance to further experience the advantages of the recently updated Paxton Installer app.
“Installers can access many useful resources via the app, including literature, product manuals and installation tutorial videos,” explains Steve Rowlands, divisional director of product management at Paxton. “And what’s more, the content is stored in the app locally after being viewed. This is useful when installers are on site with no WiFi, as they can still view the materials to get the instructions they need.”
Paxton Rewards is now live in the Paxton Installer app. The app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store or on Android Google Play. Paxton is providing a free ticket to ISC West, inviting event attendees to visit the company at booth #14075.
