Las Vegas-Based Sting Alarm Acquires Signal Fire, a Local Fire Protection Company

LAS VEGAS — Sting Alarm announces it has acquired Signal Fire, a fire protection company founded in 2007 and based here.

With this strategic acquisition, Sting Alarm says it will have the ability to offer fire protection products and services to its commercial security customers throughout Las Vegas. Similarly, Sting will also be able to offer its electronic security solutions to Signal Fire’s customers.

Signal Fire specializes in fire systems, monitoring, inspections and service to maximize the fire safety of its customers’ establishments. The Signal Fire commitment to investing in technology and staff training is unparalleled in the industry and makes for an ideal partnership with Sting’s current security offerings, according to the announcement.

Jaime Gomez, president and founder of Signal Fire, will take on the role of vice president at Sting Alarm. Sting Alarm President Jon Perry says that it was Gomez’s commitment to providing world class customer service to its customers that attracted him to Signal Fire.

“When Jaime and I started talking about joining forces,” Perry says, “One of the main things I loved about his business was his dedication and attention to service excellence.”

Sting Alarm says its customers will continue to receive five-star service and a world class customer experience provided by a certified team, while joining forces with the Signal Fire team will give customers more value with their security budgets.

“Investing in our network is going to be one of our first investments,” Perry says. “This will provide our customers with an even more reliable network for their life safety signals.”

Gomez adds, “If any of our customers need something, we want them to have a go-to here at Sting Alarm. I’m very excited to focus on building the best team, providing the best service and products.”
