PSA Adds Visual Plan to Its Business Solutions Providers Group

WESTMINSTER, Colo. — PSA, the world’s largest consortium of professional systems integrators, announces the addition of Visual Plan to its Business Solutions Providers group.

Visual Plan is a turnkey reality capture services and 3D visualization provider offering data capture and processing, and Digital Twin consulting, software, support and training.

Founded in 2018, Visual Plan services the U.S., Canada and Mexico with a direct and partner network of 3D data capture technicians skilled in 3D LiDAR, SLAM, 360° imagery/video (360 tours) and drone capture deliverables.

Visual Plan offers PSA members and their clients 3D visualization solutions to replace site visits, capture accurate and current site conditions locally that support design, project management, commissioning and maintenance.

The Visual Plan team will also advise PSA owners and members with the appropriate platforms and technologies to fit each project’s specific needs and help leverage its expertise, local resources, technology and software to scale national projects while saving significant travel, time and resources, according to the announcement.

Minnesota AG Calls for Cancellation of Home Security Contracts for Alleged Fraud

STEARNS COUNTY, Minn. — Bring Me the News reports that Minnesota’s Attorney General, Keith Ellison, says he’s gotten consumers in Stearns County out of home security contracts after they were misled by a door-to-door salesman. According to the report, Ellison’s office announced that home security companies Skyline Security Management and Safe Home Security have agreed to their cancel contracts with customers in and around Stearns County who purchased their systems from door-to-door salesman Gary Harvey. “Door-to-door salesmen and their employers are in the business of trust-building,” Ellison said in a statement. “They know they need to have your trust to sell you their products, particularly expensive products like security systems that are supposed to keep your home safe. When that trust is betrayed, it’s emotionally and financially painful.
